Assignment: Activate ground floor retail space to assist in leasing activity
Budget: $5,000
Proposal: Display California College of Art fashion and furniture design.
Implementation: Employ carpenters to build out window space, professional lighting, rotating fashion and furniture (refreshed in windows every 2 weeks for 3 month period). Property owner successfully leased property in a very challenging market.
